About me ... your coach ... Drew Surinsky: I've been racing triathlon since 1987 and coaching it since 2000. I love coaching adult triathletes. While conditioning is essential, it must be built on a foundation of technique and cultivated in a fun nurturing environment. I'm always looking for new was to teach cycling and running technique in just such an atmosphere.
