Drew Surinsky (ASCA II, USAT II) for 1500-3000 yard adult swims. Workouts include technique drills, intervals and submerged videotaping.
Prerequisites: Basic front crawl skills and ability to swim 1000 yards.
About me: I've been involved in swimming for a long time. I started as a volunteer at age 14, got my first certification at 15, and I've continued along that same path ever since. I love working with adult swimmers.
